Remote Support
Everybody faces computer related problems in one form or another.These problems can range from trouble installing or using a new application, to figuring out why your computer will no longer turn on. Mario I.T. technicians are just a phone call away. We can assist you in diagnosing, and repairing your computer or network related issues over the phone. Our technicians can walk you through the steps of repair, or we can log on to your computer remotely and repair the problem while you watch. Using a remote login is also a great way for us to train you on any software you are not familiar with.
Pick Up / Drop Off
At Mario I.T. we understand that our clients have busy schedules. That is why we provide our pick up, and drop off service. There is no need for our clients to reserve hours out of their day to make sure they are home while our technicians work on their computer. We will schedule a convenient time with you, pick up your computer and repair it at our location. Once repairs are complete, we will call to schedule a convenient drop off time to return your computer. This service allows you to have your computer repaired without tying up too much of your time.
